Most of us, wants to live a life, which should be healthy in each & every sphere of life. Generally, our life can be classified in four basic category, Or, four basic pillar which are :
These are the very much primary in nature yet very important category which affects our life up to greatest extent. Success, fulfillment, sense of achievement & accomplishment in each of these category automatically makes our life happy.So,ultimate conclusion, healthy lifestyle brings happiness and failure in it brings misery in our life.
Right balance in each category is utmost important towards living & leading healthy lifestyle. Because weakness in single area can make your life like a night mare.
Let me explain through one simple example. Physically one is strong but mentally he is retarded person can he enjoy the life at fullest? One is mentally too powerful but physical too weak to accomplish any task.Can he/she enjoy the real charm of life? One is physically and mentally good but financially struggles,so,imagine the scenario of life.One is physically fit, Mentally powerful, financially up to the mark but lacking social stability,thought for a while about the person who lives this life. So,what I mean to tell is that these are the basic four pillars of life upon which the entire structure of life can be erect, for longer & stronger life of that structure each pillar should be given proper weight age. Strong in one pillar and weakness in other pillar can create imbalance in entire structure and it minimize the life span of entire structure.
So, by and large, lifestyle is an over view of life, not a narrow meaning like the style of your dressing, style of your make up, style of your shoes, style of your walking or talking, but overall the way of living your life, I mean the style you have adopted to live your life is your lifestyle, so,it encompass all the relevant areas of life.
Till today,I have not met a single person who don’t want to live a healthy lifestyle, till today I have not encounter a single person who is not interested to improvise his/her lifestyle, till today I never came across any person who is not interested to uplift his/her lifestyle. So,what I mean to tell is that, all the living creatures (I mean human being) on this earth are curious,desirous,interested to live a healthy lifestyle.
BUT,How many of us, know that, to live a life with style ( healthy lifestyle )is not a hilarious task ?
Surprised ? OKAY,No problem,for those who are interested in it. here, I have mention few suggestions which will guide you to modify your life style, which will lead you towards a healthy lifestyle.
First and foremost – Physical
For living a healthy lifestyle, you need to pay 100% attention towards your physical aspect of life. Because, Your body is greatest gift of universe to you. Either you can treat it as a temple or trouble house. Choice is yours. But, since you are interested to live a healthy life style, I recommend, you not should but must start to treat it as a temple. Why ? (1) Temple is your worship place so you always try to keep it neat & clean. Likewise temple always insist to make your body neat & clean, regular shower and proper cleaning rituals are order of the day (2) Temple is your worship place so you never do any harmful activity which jeopardize the dignity of the place. while you smoke, consume alcoholic drinks, eat junk food etc. you jeopardize the dignity of the temple. (3) Temple is your worship place so always careful about the usage of it. Now, same way treat your body, I mean physical aspects of life style. For living healthy life style cultivate some good habit like regular exercise, proper food, adequate sleep. Which are first foundation stone or pillar towards healthy lifestyle.
Second but very much important- Mental
Why at first place I put the physical part? Because your mental fitness is up to great extent interlinked with your physical part, so first of all improvise the physical part, which will automatically empower mental health. Just for a example, Is it possible to think creatively when you have bad headache? Absolutely no, because your physical pain is creating greatest trouble on your mental condition, so, first of all it is physical part which plays vital role in your mental health.
For improving a mental health use some down to earth kinds of idea, which is applicable in any given situation. First : make your mind clutter free. Second : develop some ethical standard to live a life. Third : cultivate the habit of positive thinking. Fourth : Live life with nature or near nature. Fifth : usage of meditation in daily life are some of the ideas to improvise it.These are the common ideas which helps to make your lifestyle healthy & happy.
Third but not less important- Social
For improvising a lifestyle one needs to understand the importance of social life, if your social life is active, well connected and up to the mark it will automatically improve your life style, because your social life is a back bone of your lifestyle. Can you imagine yourself completely alone in this world? If answer is no, then you are in right track, how can one live without any social contact? failure in this area can ruined your life. Depression,loneliness & feeling of unwanted shatter your soul.
Fourth & final-Financial
Financial aspects of life is utmost important in improvising the quality of your lifestyle. Because it is the maker of breaker kind of factor in your life and it largely affects your lifestyle. Can you imagine yourself living without a single penny in your pocket? If you are not monk, saint, then the idea of not having money in pockets itself too start to shiver your body. So, for improvising your lifestyle it is utmost important to improvise financial condition.
Proper balance in each area is the secret of living or leading towards healthy lifestyle,each are inter related & inter linked with each other.Analyse your life,have a complete appraisal of each area and find out your weaker link which is creating maximum trouble in your life or the biggest road block to your healthy lifestyle. Understand it & find out solutions of it.
