By adopting these simple suggestions,ideas,tips or points or making a small change in your lifestyle, avail enormous benefits. Simply it will lead you one step further in the process of making your life happy, harmonious & hilarious.

HEALTHY HABITS :

  1. Have a good night sleep Get at least six to ten (6-10)hours uninterrupted, sound and deep sleep or until you are well rested
  2.  Wake up early in the morning, avail the maximum benefits of early morning while atmosphere is absolutely cheerful because slowly & steadily Sun is rising, birds are singing & breeze is completely pollution free. Enjoy the atmosphere.
  3.  Exercise regularly, keeping the physical condition of your body in mind find out suitable exercise with consultation of your doctor.
  4. Regular Medical Check-up, “Precaution is better than cure” same applies here too, detect the disease early and take necessary steps for it.
  5. Addiction free life, Smoking, Consumption of Alcohol, Any other banned drugs, Too much consumption of junk food or any kind of addiction is harmful for your health, Stop it and lead towards healthy life.
  6. Eat a fiber-rich cereal for breakfast.
  7. Consume whole foods, not supplements, Food is vital source for sustain life so never compromise in this area, insist for whole food.
  8. Eat a large varieties of fresh, organic produce or supplement your diet with rich and useful vitamins and minerals.
  9. Increase the usage of fresh vegetables in your daily life.Because, Vegetables provides vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Many are known to prevent various diseases including cancer.
  10. Drink 8-10 Glasses of Water a Day. If you normally do NOT add salt to your food, you may need to add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to your diet as a result of drinking this amount. This cleans out toxins and helps the body function much better.
  11. Wash your hands often. At least,wash hands before eating and after using the restroom, make it as your permanent habit.
  12. Find out time to Relax. Allow yourself to distress at least once a day.
  13. Laugh as much as possible.Let humor enter your life. One of the easiest ways of being healthier is to find a way to relax more and have more fun.
  14. Find out the ways & means to bring joy into your life. Treat yourself to long baths or help a neighbor. Find a way to smile and help others smile.
  15. Believing is Something. Studies have found that people who have faith live longer. At least find out something in which you have faith.
  16. Positive frame of mind, one of the most essential quality of happy life.
  17. Mindful living,Explore,Experience & enjoy the surrounding.
  18. Get spiritual
  19.  Stay connected.
  20. Have a hobby, which can give you joy.
  21. Get what you give! Universal law, use it in your favor.
  22. Don’t retire. If possible try to keep your self busy with some constructive works.
